SHIPPING
We offer shipping worldwide using Australia Post for all Australian orders and Australia Post and DHL for our international shipments. We recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner
PRICING
All prices are in Australian dollars.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
International Shipping will be calculated at the checkout based on weight and destination.
You may be required to pay further shipping charges in the instance of change of address or delivery time.
SHIPPING TIME
We attempt to have all orders processed and shipped within three business days. Delivery times can vary based on location, please allow longer for regional and international orders. If you have an urgent delivery request, please contact the Advancement Office via 02 9565 7302 or advanceservices@standrewscollege.edu.au and we can arrange a suitable outcome.
COLLECTING FROM COLLEGE
‘Click & Collect’ is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from the College. Order during business hours and your order will be ready to collect at St Andrew’s College within three business days or when notified via email.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. We require a signature upon delivery; if you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. We will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with Australia Post or the courier company.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like to return for another reason please contact the Advancement Office via 02 9565 7348 or advanceservices@standrewscollege.edu.au. We are happy to offer our community an exchange for another style or size or an online credit note that does not expire.
The returned items must be:
- In original purchase condition.
- All tags, stickers are intact.
- The exchanged items are accompanied by original purchase receipt.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you wish to return a faulty item please contact the Advancement Office via 02 9565 7348 or advanceservices@standrewscollege.edu.au. We will then confirm your exchange. Please include your original receipt and order number with your return.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In order to provide you with services, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Australian privacy laws require St Andrew’s College to collect your personal information directly from you if it is reasonable and practical to do so.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We do not use or share personal information for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was disclosed. We do not provide or sell personal information to other organisations.

St Andrew’s College takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We use security procedures and technology to protect the personal information we hold. Access to and use of personal information within St Andrew’s College is appropriately limited by us to prevent misuse or unlawful disclosure of that personal information by others.
St Andrew’s College does not store any financial information provided to us by our community.
